If Life Gives You Nothing But Lemons, Try This Lemon Sheetcake*
1 cup o’ almond flour
1/5th cup o’ coconut flour
7/8th cups o’ Xylit(ol?)
1 pack o’ baking soda
juice ‘n’ peel o’ 1 lemon (or, better, 5 drops lemon essential oil)
approx 1/2 cups o’ coconut oil
approx 3/4 cups o’ mineral water
about a ten-inch baking tray
stir all ingredients, fill baking tray, pre-heat oven, bake at 350 deg. for 20 min.
Gluten free, sugar free, vegan, and totally yummy…**
